That is one of the first symptoms of anxiety or even worse depression. Go see a doctor so it wont get worse.

Well it seems to me that you are having some issues here, that you do not know what they are, so you may need to go and get some help from a therapist for this , cause you really need to find out why you are feeling like you are dying, adopted or have a fatal disease. There is something behind this, and when you can find out what it is then you can get rid of the feelings you are having. So please go to someone that can help you answer this question, but finding out why you are feeling these things.

You need to spend some quality time as far outside your
head as you can get. Concentrate on living, start exercising,
make your body work for you instead of against you. Endorphins
produced during exercise bring about a great feeling of being
healthy in body and soul. Ask your parents to show you your
birth certificate so you can put that one to rest. Nothing's
wrong with you...we all have these feelings from time to
time...just make sure it's not all the time.

You adopted a fatal disease? Like adopting a scottish accent to try to pick up women? I don't see the allure. I really don't.

You have a free floating anxiety. It is an anxiety that will be there even when you should feel comfortable. My recommendation is to consult a psychiatrist if you can afford it.
