If ive had a stiff neck and upper back?

a headache off and on and lightheadedness for about 2 weeks...
but no fever,rash,or vomtting, can i still have meningitis?
Im thinkin its just anxeity....?

Me too. I've been wondering if I caught strep throat from my daughter, or if I've just been sitting at the computer too long. Both of us should see the doctor to find out what's up.
