A doctor might not notice unless there's visible damage to your throat or oral cavity. A dentist would notice right away if the bulimia has gone on for a while. Not only will the self-induced vomiting eventually erode the enamel of the teeth, it wreaks havoc on the esophagus and can result in a rupture, a bleed and/or death, and throws your body's electrolytes into imbalance putting you at risk for cardiac arrest. Despite what you say, you've had physicals before. Use this opportunity to speak up and get help.

it ruins the enamel on the backside of your teeth. If they look for it, they will find it. My advice, tell the doctor about your problem, and get help. Don't hide it.

well when youre making yourself vomit a lot, the acids from your stomach begin to burn the lining of your throat & that area so if a doctor checks then he may be able to tell. please dont do that to your body. there are healthier ways to lose weight & it freaks me out bcuz a good friend of mine does that as well. PLEASE dont put your body through that : (

If you are bulemic, you should tell your doctor. It'll ruin your teeth and your health.

they will most likely notice you are underweight. also this is a serious issue and I would talk to an adult about it.
