When I was at mid 16 I lifted weight, at that time I didn't know the adverse effect of it. I lifted weght only for one month. I think I have over lifted and it has stunt my growth. Since that I am getting thinner. Now I am 18. I eat a lots of fatty foods, I don't know how to prevent from this rapid misery or gain some weight. Now my friends use to call me skeleton.

don't eat super gross foods, but increase your caloric intake. also, working out is of course good, but try lifting weights while staying away from cardio.

Did you get suddenly taller, or start training for a marathon? Did you lift until you felt pain in your bones?
Unless you hit a growth spurt or started some serious cardio work, there's no reason for you to have lost weight. Unless you damaged the growing parts of your bones, your lifting probably didn't do you any longterm harm. Talk to a doctor to see if you've developed a digestive or metabolic problem, like hypothyroidism.

Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast.
