im a 15 year old, diabetic (type 1-insulin dependent) male, 5'5" around 175 lbs. and high BMI. i want to know how to loose alot of weight by summer....right now i have fat i want to remove from my stomach , lower back, legs , arms... and face/chin if thats possible. Ive been riding a stationary bike 5 miles every day for the last 3 weeks.... but about it, and im going to start walking hoem form school now. I barley get any excersice because its winter right now and i dont liek being outside in the cold. my parenst have a treadmill but its not used because theres no where to use it in my house. I have a set of adjustable dumbells and a situp bench but i barley use those. My diet is definetlly not good and i dont its gonna change either because my family eats bad food and they wont change , my family background has heavy gennes ... both parenst and my grandmother... but how can i lose weight? What other cardio excersiss and weight training excersices can i do to loose weight?
