The bad smell could also be caused by a bad tooth that has not gone to painful, yet. You should get x-rays to check this out.
Hydrogen Peroxide is H2O2, meaning it has an extra oxygen atom than just water. Using it on a consistent basis, say 3 times per week, will not lighten your teeth, however, it does put oxygen on your gums and encourages them to grow back to healthy condition. It seems to help a lot with stopping plaque growth by discouraging bad bacteria from remaining there after a meal.
Other than having overlays put on, I'm not sure how you can whiten your teeth in 2 or 3 days. Also, you need to be aware that gently brushing with a soft head toothbrush and flossing need to be performed every day. Get one of those electric toothbrushes, because those help a lot for cleaning and stimulating your gums.
I hope this helps.

It's true to some extent, but it's a minor treatment. Some toothpastes include peroxide, and if you intend to use it, use those instead. Hydrogen peroxide straight out of the bottle can inhibit healing (which is why it's a good wound cleaner but you should not continue to use it), and can damage the gums. You should absolutely not swallow it. There are much more effective and safer ways to whiten your teeth out there, and I would utilize them.

Brush after eating, and floss, use whitening tooth past with fluoride, hydrogen peroxide is OK once in a while, it can eat your teeth up.

Do not eat in beteen and not brush.
Smell may be from stomach, throat, sinuses cavity or lungs and nose or airways.

hi rina.......to start of with u'r 1st ques, treat u'r gingivitis as early as possible cos constant bleeding from the gums will lead to bad smell and belive me u dont wanna smell that.
get in touch with u'r area dentist and get a cleaning/polishing done and def dont forget to ask u'r DR abt the brushing tech.
There is no home remedy on this earth to whiten u'r teeth, def yes in 45min-1hr if u meet u'r dentist who specialize's in cosmetic dentistry.there is something new tech involved in whitening teeth with curing light (UV light)etc etc...u'r DR will tell u in detail if u talk too.
This new system of whitening is gr8 boon to ppl who want instant whitening and it works like a miracle.
To get rid of u'r bad odour use a good mouth wash and use sugar free chewing gums which will ger rid of u'r plaque(thin film of food coating after food)after evry meal.
