No. Your actually putting yourself in danger of water intoxication. A person recently died of this.

Water can give you a sense of fullness, but it is not a good way to diet or lose weight. Regular exercise, and proper nutrition is the best way to go.

Well, water is the healthiest thing for your body. It is definetly good to drink lots of it. But if you aren't modifying the rest of your diet and exercise, then just adding water most likely will not help you lose weight.

If you drink water as your main beverage and eliminate all soda and juice, that would help. You have to get rid of some of the junk you are putting into your body. That's what will help you lose weight.

I would suggest drinking water before or after your meals. If you drink water with your meal it stretches your stomache. Also water is good to clean out your liver, which is key to weight loss. It can also help with digestion. Water is definately essential. The human body is made up of 70% water.

You are suppose to drink 8 (8oz.) glasses of water everyday. It fills you up and also flushes fat out of the body. You can also drink light cranberry juice which is very good for your bladder.

no, it just fools you into feeling full for a while, so you won't eat for a little longer.

A better trick is to have a glass of soy milk about 20 minutes before each meal, does the same thing, but more effectively. Plus it's good for you!
