My nose is not in proportion to my face. In other words it's big. People make comments about it all the time. Even my mom. She said if I wanted to get a nose job I could do it in the summer. I'm 15. It brings down my confidence alot. I think if my nose was smaller I'd be otherwise a pretty girl. I want to do the nose job thing but I have severe hospital phobia ever since I was 6 and I completely spazzed b4 I got my wisdom teeth out. I hate needles aswell. But anyways, If anyone had a nose job just tell if you were happy with the results and recovery time and blah blah blah. Thanks.

When I say spazz i mean SPAZZ! Major panic attack and stuff. I almost passed out just visiting my grandmother in the hospital when they put an IV in her arm. Did I mention I HATE IV's.

This is the best advice I can give you regarding IVs is to not watch them put the needle in. Don't even look at them prepare it. Tell the nurse you don't like needles. They'll get one of the best nurses to do it then.
Bring someone with you to talk to while they put the IV in you. Look them in the eye and talk. Don't worry about making sense or being interesting, just free associate and keep your brain from thinking about the IV. Hold their hand with your free hand and squeeze as hard as you can when you need to.

Take a tour of the hospital beforehand. See the kind of place it is. Bear in mind that hospitals are places of healing.

Hope this helps

Please read my response to your other question, but I will say again.

I think 15 is to young for plastic surgery - you may grow more and your nose may be more proportional to your face in a few years. Don't sweat it.

As you say you are an otherwise pretty girl - so who cares your nose is a little larger than you would like? Contrary to what a lot of people want to think, guys are interested in what a girl thinks and feels - we are not all shallow pigs concerned with only looks.

Wait till you are an adult. Your bones are not finished growing. You should tell your mom she will have to pay for your therapy when you are older due to the fact that she is talking badly about your nose. What kind of mother is she! Come live with me. I think you are beautiful just the way you are! :)

With your phobia, forget it. It is a long operation with you awake hearing the chiseling and seeing the big light. The pain afterwards is bad many say for several days.
