I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm about 5'6. My mom is a couple inches shorter and my dad is almost 5'10. I really wanna grow at least one or two inches more. Will eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep help me grow taller? Most of the people in my family are not very tall, although there have been some men who were on the taller side. I have grown a bit in the past year and I'm wondering will I grow anymore?

I have been using OC8 for the past few years, i think its excellent at keeping away shine - for 7+ hours - but it is not a particularly good moisturiser plus it tends to leave white "powdery" streaks as well. Plus i'm not too confident about the chemicals it might contain.

I'm thinking about getting a different anti shine moisturiser but after some serious research i cannot make up my mind. I have already spent £10 on an Avene one - and it is crap!

I am looking at the following anti shine moisturers:

Molton Brown
Korres
Lancome
Clarins

Thing is, the above are REALLY expensive, so i dont want to buy them to find they dont work or only last a few hours.

CAN someone please advise???

I'm looking for one which moisurises while keeping away shine for a long (7hrs+) time. If it comes with an SPF it would be even more ideal.

Thanks!!

i get really reallllllly baaaaaadd cramps. I have been known to fall over screaming from these things and thats when im taking Midol and other pain killers as well. They go down a little with a hot water bottle and heat but i can't always lie down with that. Also i feel as if i might throw up but i never do, i also get incredibly exhausted and all pain killers make me even more tired so i end up missing school for 4 days because im either in so much pain i can't move without screaming or I'm falling asleep. I asked my doctor and he said that he could put me on antiestrogen pills but i reallly don't want to do that. he also suggested birth control but because i just got a boyfriend my mum won't hear of it. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm aware this sounds odd,but it's a question that's been making me curious for a while.

I'm married,20,female (obviously) and I was a virgin when I got married (completely unbroken in,just for him. ^_-). He's the only man I've been with sexually... yet he's flat out told me his opinion is I'm slightly loose.

He's -extremely- well endowed,so it's nothing to do with -that-. but I'm curious. Are there exercises that can be used to tighten up those muscles? Are there any reasons why a virgin would be so loose at first?

And another note: He says I was loose, but the 'first time' it was -agonizing-. That doesn't make sense to me,either. Could it be he's simply not very sensitive, too?

=) I'd love some opinions on this. Links to any exercises that might help would be great, too. Thanks. ^^
