Try eating only apples for two days. The problem is that when you stop the weight will come back instantly if you are not careful. It works though.

Liposuction, other than that, I don't recommend you trying anything unhealthy. Bolimia (where you eat and make yourself throw-up) can be very dangerous and can kill you. Not eating is also not recommended just because it's not natural. I wouldn't try to lose weight the fast way, but the healthy way.

What I do is stay active and exercise 7 times a week. I drink plenty of water (8 cups or more a day) and make sure I have a well balance meal in front of me 3 times a day. What I mean by staying active is that I'm always either standing or walking somewhere. I walk to work instead of driving, I walk after eating my lunch for a half hour and I walk home after work. I do a light exercise before breakfast in the morning and I do a light exercise after dinner. Monday Wednesday Friday and a full-on workout session on Saturday. By doing this, your turning your body into a food/fat burning machine. Also, try to cut back on the sugars which can be extremely difficult.

Whatever you do, eat! You have to fuel your body to be able to burn calories. If you don't eat when you're hungry, your bod goes into starvation mode and starts storing everything as fat- even healthy stuff!

Remember looking good isn't worth crap, if you feel like crap. If you're willing to feel like crap to look good, than its not about looks...
With that said, I've got a couple HEALTHY suggestions:

1) You can lose a couple bounds in a week with a fruit/veggie flush. Eat just fruits and veggies for 3-7days. My friend lost 10 pounds in a week that way. It gets rid of the toxins in your body, but it's only for short term use however. You need protein, so its okay to throw some nuts into your salad or even some lean meat.

I got to let you know, however, that whenever you gain or lose more than 3 pounds a week, that is not healthy because you are actually loosing muscle which enables you to burn calories. So once you lose the muscle and get off the diet you might find it more difficult to burn fat.

2) Eat losts of small meals a day-- excluding fried food. 5 to 6 a day with LOTS of water.

3) First thing in the morning drink a cup of water and wait a half hour before you eat. It jump starts your metabolism to burn you calories.

4) Build muscle- muscle helps burn fat. Work out. This is a gradual thing, but honestly human bodies aren't meant to change shape immediately. If you do its a sign that something is wrong.

Good luck babe. I hope you never have to be unhealthy about it.

I know how hard it is to just not eat (i love food), so something that worked for me was whenever i became hungry, i drank water ( a few full glasses in about 5 mins time) it fills you up, then if you still crave food, you wont eat very much at all (maybe a few bites) before you just dont feel like eating anymore because your stomach is full from all the water. Since water doesn't make you fat and it flushes out your body, you will feel good about dieting, it is healthier than most other diets, and it is very effective!!! just dont watch the scales... water weighs more than fat!! when you need to shed the pounds (for a weigh in or something, just drink less water the few days before)

Also... when you buy groceries, resist from buying any junk food (candy, chips, pastries, ice cream, etc) if you dont have the fatty foods in your cupboards, then you wont consume as many calories and carbs, etc that are bad for you and add on the weight.

and when you crave something sweet, just take your mind off of it by busying yourself with an activity. go clean your kitchen or walk the dog or wash your car. you will feel much better afterwards, than if you give in and eat. after you conquer the cravings, they will happen less often and you will lose weight like crazy. just know when to stop!!

i hope you fing this helpful and good luck!!! you can do it!!

I lost 15 lbs the first week I did the South Beach Diet. If you dont eat, your body will think it is starving and you will not lose weight. Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water per day, also increase your fiber. Walmart sells fiber therapy pills next to the pharmacy and fiber will make you feel full, you will eat less. Most importantly, eat a fiber and protien filled breakfast, every day. It is not easy to lose weight, but if you starve yourself you will only gain in the end and that is not good for your self esteem or you organs, heart, liver, etc. I have gone up and down for years and the only thing that ever really works is eating. Hard work, exercise and dedication. Nothing worth having is ever easy, but if you work hard, you will be less likely to gain back because you worked so hard to get there.

ok you don't care if it's unhealthy but let me assure you that a lot of unhealthy diets do not work they're all yo-yo diets. You can starve yourself but your body is going to go on starvation mode and you will burn less calories even though it does work if you do not cheat cause you're burning. If you want a long term weight loss follow a healthy diet and exercise a lot. Its really the only way. Losing weight is not magic you have to work for it.

Drinking green tea flushes out your system and makes you lose weight. But be careful, usually when you lose a lot of weight and its a method thats unhealthy, the weight will come back-sometimes two fold. You may want to lose weight but it'll come back and then some.

First of all, you should absolutely care to eat healthy food, otherwise you lose weight and you lose your health, too.
So, what you should do is try to stick to regular meals, 5 is recommendable (here is an example: 8 am breakfast - one slice of rye bread with a slice of ham or cottage cheese, orange juice, herbal tea or coffee; 11 am snack - 200 ml of orange juice or 0%-fat yogurt - 100 gr, 14 pm lunch - 150 gr of grilled chicken or grilled beef plus salad of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers plus one slice of rye bread plus herbal tea, 5 pm snack - 2 apples or 2 oranges or 2 tangerines, 8 pm dinner - the same as lunch minus the bread but plus 200 ml of low-fat buttermilk of yogurt. Also, drink lots of flat water during the day. The salad will be seasoned with olive oil (a small amount), very little salt and lemon juice (freshly squeezed - no vinegar, mayonnaise, OK?)
Of course, you can have variations of the above, but stay away from sugar, alcohol, pasta, potatoes, fat meat, fat cheese, sweets. If you fell like having something sweet - only once in a while - then pick a small piece of dark chocolate (something like 75% cocoa).
I tried the diet above and lost 5 kg in 2 weeks.
Good luck!

You can do what I did a couple of years ago. It's not very healthy, but I cut my food intake to about a third, so I'd eat like half a bowl of cereal for breakfast, half a pbj at lunch, and a really really tiny portion, which was only a few bites for dinner and that's it all day. NO SNACKS. That's really important. Then at the same time I went running every day to keep my metabolism up.

Go to walmart and buy the powdered meal supplement, just add a little fruit with water into a blender and away you go and drink lots of water. You should have that for your supper meal. For lunch you can have a salad with no dressing. And for breakfast you can have corn flakes or cherrios with soya milk. And take one vitamin tablet a day. And exercise every day until you get tired. By the way there is no fat in this diet and any change to your regular routine you should always consulate your doctor or a food expert before starting.

You should care. Improper dieting and weight loss can lead to hair falling out, rotting teeth, organ damage, muscle damage and a host of nasty illnesses. You didn't gain weight in an instant, you won't be losing it in an instant either. Try a sound diet with plenty of exercise. Reduce fats and calories. It will work.
