Ok, so i am at a healthy weight. I weight 124 pounds, and i am 5''4 3/4. my doctor says im at a good weight, though i showed her my stomach, which starting at the bottom of my ribs, there kind of 'bump' of fat that goes across my stomach, and there is a definite line above and below it, then, after that bump, there is a much bigger one that makes up the rest of my stomach. then after that bump i am completely flat. I dont get it. My doctor said to do crunches, which i do, but i feel like it is not working. if anyone has any advice, please, since i would like to have a nicer stomach by summer...
