Oh wow...im sorry for you health problems. I have something like that but not nearly as serious. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. It was about a yr when I found out because I suddent stopped getting my period..and it lasted for 6 months. At times I would get this weird lil bloody mixture coming out and was told that was my body "trying" to ovulate but since I had the cyst it couldnt.
I hope there is something other than surgery that can be done. If I had a horrible experience with surgery like you did I'd be scared as all living hell to have another one too. If its not life threatening and doesnt bother you horribly ..perhaps you could just live with it. Its a hard choice either way but I wish you the best.

If you haven't already done so, call yur Ob/Gyn and explain to them that it's an emergency. They'll squeeze you in... but they can't do that if you don't say why you need the earlier appt!
Also, I'm not sure where you live, but here it is Sunday afternoon. If I were you, I would call them first thing in the morning Monday (like, the MINUTE they open). A lot of doc offices will reserve a few slots for "day of" appointments. But timing is very important -- don't wait even 5 minutes after they start answering the phone. You want to reach them before everyone else does!
Never wait when you have something urgent like this going on. Good luck. :)

I get ovarian cysts also, and yes I can tell you for a fact, that they can burst, and drain. My daughter had one, but didn't know what the pain was from(you probably already know how bad they hurt when they burst), I took her to the nearest hospital, and they rushed her into surgery, and removed her appendices, only to find her appendix was fine, what really happened was a cyst on her ovary burst, and a lot of water & puss pooled in her pelvic area, which they had to clean out, I would not trust the doctor who tells you, that they don't break & drain on thier own, they do, and it hurts like hell. P.S> I also have endometrious, and I have decided not to have a hysteretomy, it might be the wrong choice, but a friend with enometrous had the hystrectomy, and it did not help her.

I have a girlfriend who's situation sounds very much like yours. She also had fluid from her cysts that "leaked" out and was assured by her ob-gyn that this is very normal.
As for your doctor's suggestion about having a hysterectomy....a hysterectomy should only be performed as an ABSOLUTE last resort, and even then, you should seek a 2nd and possibly a third opinion. Especially given your blood-clotting problems.Don't make such a life-altering decision based on one doctor's advice...seek another ob-gyn who specializes in treating women with endometriosis.

We can all agree on the truth that Limbaugh known as her a slut used to be mistaken. However, the entire notion is not approximately how so much intercourse she has however approximately the provision of beginning manipulate. I can most likely see each side of the argument however why is Viagra protected via coverage? The argument for that's considering "persons take Viagra for a authentic scientific situation", however whilst it can be infrequent beginning manipulate could also be used to keep watch over hormones for females who bleed plenty and feature incredibly extreme, painful cramps throughout their interval (I overlook what that situation used to be known as). Another factor is that if beginning manipulate used to be made extra inexpensive and to be had, it might diminish the price of undesirable pregnancies and in flip diminish the quantity of abortions, toddlers being born to deficient, youngster moms, for this reason much less tax greenbacks going into welfare for those moms, and so on. The argument that devout manufacturer homeowners should not be obligated to furnish coverage with beginning manipulate protected is a bit bit, personally, ridiculous considering well being coverage has little to do with the individual opinion of the industry proprietor considering he does now not come to a decision the faith of the whole manufacturer. He can discourage all of it he desires however his opinion should not be worried in others' well being. But, I can nonetheless fully grasp each side and if there is a legitimate/powerful sufficient argument for the opposite facet I can be open to receive it.

The best advice that I could give would be to stop worrying until you see your specialist.
There is no point in worrying for three weeks, you'll only become more and more anxious and nervous.
