i have a friend who is 10 and i am 13 and she just got her period. she's only in fifth grade! i just started getting mine about the same time she got her's. she is getting very bad cramps and heavy bleeding. i have gotten very little cramps and very light bleeding. is this because she's so much younger than me? or does it have to do with how she's overweight and im very skinny?

I had unprotected sex about 5 months ago and I had a breast reduction about 5 weeks ago. I just had a missed period and my tummy seems larger than usual but not feeling as though I am pregnant. I am sure before my surgery the doctors would have known if I was pregnant. Could this be a hormonal imbalance from my breast reduction or could I be pregnant for five months and don't know?

i have no itching, no painful urination, no foul smelling oder. just tiny white bumps. my papsmear last summer was normal, and i've only been having sex with one guy for the past 5 months. i called the doctor and she said it sounds like a yeast infection, but i started the monistat one day treatment, and over a couple days the bumps have increased. what are they?

just yesterday i woke up feeling sick with a head cold what it seemed like. today it just got worse. i now think its the flu because i've been throwing up constantly. I literally can not keep anything down for more than an hour until i need to vomit again. Not even water. Anyone have any ideas on how to calm my stomach??

I have been taking birth control for a little under 6 months now and it was due to sexual activity. I do not want a child at the moment but i am having sex unprotected the past month and a half. My period was normal, but i am still a little sceptical if i should be doing this. I know there is a likelyhood for becoming pregnant while on birth control. But do i still have a high chance, or now is it lowered?

After using creams, it goes away for only 1-2 days. I constantly have itches and/or white discharge. Tried avoid sugary foods, taking garlic pills too. It helps to lessen the itch and discharge without using creams. But I need a better solution that will end this forever.

1 yr ago car struck me badly, had MASSIVE MI, developed damaged left ventricle & major scarring throughout heart. IN August developed hard edema from feet thru knees, stiff &agonizing. worsened daily. Swollen liver. MDs gave me torsamide as only hope of expelling fluids out thru urine. NOTHING was expelled, HCTZ failed also. MDs informed me that there is no definite protocol or methods when diuretics fail. I am alone & won't entr hospitals as they have no specific remedies. I have ejection fraction of 50% & I take lisinopril & metaprolol daily for BP. What can I do - how will my end come? I am in agony, legs & thighs so stiff I can't bend knee to wear pants, to climb stairs. Liver swollen like pressurized baloon. I can't lie down or sleep. I pass the nite standing against a plaster wall. MDs explained how damaged ventricles no longer pump blood well, then return blood backs up into organs & tissues as edema of plasma. - If you are christians or worship HA-SHEM - pray tonite for me.

I wasn't able to see my shrink this week, and I can't figure out if something that I do is normal or not. I have to live a completely different life in my head while I'm going through my day. I would liken it to hearing voices in my head and daydreaming at the same time, yet it's definitely not one of the two. This has been going on since I was little (about 4 or 5), and is sort of like an ongoing story. I can't control if it happens, but I can control everyone and what goes on. In the world in my head, I know those people exist, but they don't know that I do. I don't exist in that world, I'm someone else.

It's never really been a problem for me, the only time it interferes with my life is when I'm trying to get to sleep and I can't because I have to "finish something up" in my mind. It never messes with my social life, it just has to go on at the same time, so I'm doing two things at once. To tell the truth, I sort of enjoy it and can't imagine my life without it.
