I had unprotected sex about 5 months ago and I had a breast reduction about 5 weeks ago. I just had a missed period and my tummy seems larger than usual but not feeling as though I am pregnant. I am sure before my surgery the doctors would have known if I was pregnant. Could this be a hormonal imbalance from my breast reduction or could I be pregnant for five months and don't know?

sim sure you could have hormonal imbalance because of it, but why do you think yourdoctors would know?
why dont you test yourself just in case, and if you arent pregnant, talk to a doctor....

No your doctors would have known if you were pregnant,they take blood test ans it would have showed....Probably hormones.
