After using creams, it goes away for only 1-2 days. I constantly have itches and/or white discharge. Tried avoid sugary foods, taking garlic pills too. It helps to lessen the itch and discharge without using creams. But I need a better solution that will end this forever.

The yeast infection gets worst (turn into yellow clumpy cheesy substance) if I take yogurt or drink milk. I never had this before until I took those Japanese bifidus pills several years ago. I didn't know it at first, but noticed each time I take the bifidus pills, the yeast comes back until my asshole itches too. Sorry if this is too graphic.

Now I can't eat chocolates or drink milk. Sometimes I eat a little chocolate or eat ice-cream just to satisfy my cravings but the itch n discharge will attack again within 6 hours. I'd switched to soy milk for now as it's not as "powerful" (in terms of yeast attack) as cow's milk but I still can't drink it everyday as it contains sugar. I know only very few women get it as bad as I do n if any1 of those few women found out the best remedy for curing this, please teach me. Thanks.

I suggest all natural Optiflora. It's a two-product system that includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). Guaranteed delivery of 500 million microflora to intestines. Also the Prebiotic attacks overgrowth of yeast.

Maybe also consider changing your brand of garlic to Garlic Complex which will also destroy overgrowth of yeast.

Zinc Complex, Vita-C, & NutriFeron builds and strengthens immune system.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions and if interested in the brand I suggest.

I have the same problem as you do, I had have yeast infection for 5 years and never goes away. I just went to the doctor and he send me to do an exam to see what kind of bacteria was it and they found out that it is Candida Albicans ( Moniliasis Vaginal) is a name of a bacteria, well I need to be in this treatment for a long time so it can disappear but I am sure is not going to go away because I have this sexual transmitted diseasee called Genital Herpes and it causes a lot of yeast infections, What you can do is go and have an exam to see that you don't have any kind of diseas or something else and see also what kind of bacteria you have so they can give you the right medicine. I know is so pain full and stressful to have an yeast infection but I don't think so there is no natural medicine that will cure it try acidophiles maybe they work for you.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

You need the pills the ones that you put inside...they come in one day dose and longer, the longer days is the one that works best. Creams only work on the outside. You also need to eat live cultured yogurt, read the labe. Then if you take antibiotics eat yogurt in between doses...at least 2 hrs. after to not kill the antibiotic. The garlic may help but you need a cure...then stay away from antibiotics if possible. A health food store may tell you that oregano oil can get rid of yeast...I don't know the dosage or anything. Ask them.

It could be your birth control that is one of the side effects also when you treat it are you using the treatment until it is completely gone and are you using the same kind of treatment every time, if so it may be the brand try another, drink plenty of water and wear clean underwear always could be bacteria in your underwear....the most important thing is to check with a gynecologist just to make sure isn't anything else causing it

hello. try eating yogurt...the bacteria cultures help kill yeast. you could try taking acidphilus too. they have it at health places like gnc or vitamin world. Also i would suggest not using perfum-y things like deodorizers or scented pads/tampons. You might want to change your soap that you use in that area too. Antibacterial soaps especially are not good for that area because they wash away the good bacteria that keeps things like yeast infections away. Hope it helps...i feel your pain!
