I've began to start taking Cod Liver caplets. I was wondering what are the short/long term effects of taking them?

Code liver oil is great for you long term.It helps fight against heart disease,helps with hair,skin and nails,aids in a healthy immune system..............etc.

No negative side effects, it is just fish fat. The Diarrhea lady is retarted, only good things can come from fish oil supplements.
