I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm about 5'6. My mom is a couple inches shorter and my dad is almost 5'10. I really wanna grow at least one or two inches more. Will eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep help me grow taller? Most of the people in my family are not very tall, although there have been some men who were on the taller side. I have grown a bit in the past year and I'm wondering will I grow anymore?

You might. My best friend grew almost 6" after he got out of high school. If U do or not it doesn't matter. Guys love smaller ladies. Hope this helped U.

You can never know. Though I wouldn't be surprised if you do grow taller, 16 is still young and some people continue to grow into their late teens.

Have you had the teen growth spurt?

Some people grow very tall during it...e.g. Scottie Pippen (Chicago Bulls) grew from 5'10" to 6'7" during Junior Highschool.

There's a good change you will. Just remeber, if your parents are short, chances are you will be as well, it genetics. You've already passed your mother, you may or may not reach 5'10, or even surpass it. I"ve heard females stop growing at 17 at 18 however.

It is very doubtful you will grow taller. Most people reach their peak height at about 16.
