I have fat in my lower abs and I'm fit in all areas except that. Whatever I do isn't working. From Marine Corps mountain climbers to Crunches and all. What can i do? Should I go on a diet? I'm only 18 and I cant get rid of it.

I am just curious about something.I am usually a little anxious about doing things ex hurting myself because I worry about physical activity causing my heart to beat too fast.For several months I haven't done anything extremely physical and yesterday i decided to get out in the cold and shovel a little snow.When I came in my muscles that I used were shaking I thought from the cold but you know how it feels when you haven't used certain muscles in awhile and they tremble..It felt that way .I wasn't in any pain and got up this morning and did somethings moving a few things around and had the door open with cold air coming it.All of a sudden I felt my neck get stiff and my muscles ached and arms felt tired and then my legs ached ..If you don't use muscles for awhile is common to have them feel that way after just a little snow shoveling in the cold the next day?Or does the anxiety add to this making them stiffen up to make you feel that way the next day?Even later today still feel that wa

Lately I have had to go pee more often than usual. And for about the past five or six days it hurt really bad to go. Sometimes, when it hurt the worst, there would even be blood in the urine (just a tiny bit). It hasn't hurt at all today (it did still yesterday, not as bad though), but I still have to go a lot more often than usual. But I'm not drinking any more fluids than usual. Does anyone know how I can put an end to this, or atleast know whats wrong? Ive never had it happen before.

4 weeks after my daughter was born i awoke with very itchy skin, so itchy, most could not fathom. After about two weeks I realized, the situation was not going away. After much ado, i have found out it is dermatographia. It is very severe, and very rare to last this long (over one year). I have to take a lot of antihistamines, and am always uncomfortable. If I touch my skin, or if anything does for that matter, it leaves hives or even perfect impressions of what touched me (like a hand print, with all the finger prints and everything). We have moved the dog outside, and I clean the house like mad every day, and the situation will not remedy, it is shutting down my immune system and hurting my metabolism, and I am now gaining weight. Doctors only give me MORE antihistamines. Do you have any ideas!?

My girlfriend is on the birth control pill , ortho tri cyclon , and she forgot to take it 2 days in a row ( monday and tuesday). the third day (wednesday) she took Tuesdays pill in the am and wednesdays at night. Thursday she started to have a brown discharge coming from her vagina and it was also mixed with blood. Is this normal? Should she be worried?

I had 7 cavities filled. Immediately after I had tooth pain in two areas. That was 5 months ago and the pain is still there and I think its getting worse. It hurts every time I brush my teeth (the cold water hurts it, icecream really hurts to eat, even cool water hurts.) I have been waiting for the new year so I can get benefits again. There are other dentists in the office. Should I ask them to re-ex-ray and see what they did wrong.? Should I ask them to fix it without having to pay them/or bill my insurance?. I want it fixed but I don't want to run into them just creating more problems. Should I just cut my losses and go to another dental office all together? Anybody else out there who has had a similar problem?
