Water has the ability to help to detoxify your body. Drink lots of pure water. Exercise and the resultant sweating also leads to cleansing of your body. Proper breathing techniques as taught by yoga too help in the detoxification of the body. These are various ways to clean your body of impurities. The best way is to follow the proverb prevention is better than cure. Stay away from fattening, sugar rich foods. Go for brown bread, rice etc. Consume fruits and vegetables in abundance. Do regular .exercise. All said it is not easy to follow such advice. But keep trying , never give up.I believe the cleansing of the soul is equally important. For this I regularly cleanse my mind of the ill-feelings that i bode for others. I check myself to see if I am accumulating lot of negative ideas, then I try my best to detach myself from then. This I have found makes me feel clean and happy.

A quick & easy way to detox is to do juicing.
A 50ml cup of carrot juice with a green apple in the morning, a cup of the same for lunch, & another for dinner. & don't forget, if you're hungry, reach for an additional cup.
Oh, I almost forgot. Please do not add ice.
Do this for 3 consecutive days & on the 4th day till the 7th day, start to eat something that's non oily & stick to vege & fruits only.
After the 7th day, you can start to eat normally.
At the end of the one week, you'll feel better & also, I bet you'll have lose some weight as well.

Do a search on detoxification on a search engine. There are several kits you can order. If you are on any medication such as blood pressure, check with your doctor before starting any regimen. Most of these detox procedures take anywhere from 3 - 7 days. Hope this will help.

1st, just watch the tv only for the news excluding the news from internet or vice versa.
2nd, have a good sleep and rest.
3rd, drink water.
4th, do breathing exercise.
5th, focus on 1 job or task at a time.

your body does it naturally, when you poop but you can do it by eating only fruits and veggies for a week, no meat at all and little bit of fat, like if you make a veggie salad.
