to get rid of fat you need to do cardiovascular work. that is sustaining long periods of exercise. for example 20-30 minutes of jogging/bike riding/running/swimming. the fastest way to lose weight would be to eat a healthy diet and to do some cardio work each day, or at least every second day. as well as crunches and other exercises that are going to help you tone up.

Keep dieting and exercising. Weight loss is never as fast as we want it to be! Be consistent and keep trying. The worst thing to do is stop trying at all - then, whew, watch the lbs pile on!
