It could be genital warts. You have to have them removed by a doctor, or you can try Compound W wart remover. But if it is just one or two dots, it probably isn't anything at all to worry about it.

slow down, have you been wrapping it up? if you've been doin it properly or are a virgin don't worry. the dots might be pores. erectile dysfunction is when you have problems getting it up. you sound like a young dude, so i doubt it's that.

just go to a doctor and get it checked out, he knows more than any other knucklehead would know about your penis. first, he's a DOCTOR, and second, he's LOOKING at it. i'm pretty sure most of Yahoo Answerers are just bored, and reading about dots could be anything to us.

your doctor would know more than anyone else. good luck

Spots on the penis are very common and most do not have a serious cause. However, some do and it is important to seek prompt medical advice if you are concerned.

Unless you think you have a sexually transmitted disease (STD), the first place to seek advice about spots on the penis is from your GP.

What do you mean dots around your penis? If you have anything growing on your penis you should be asking the doctor what the hell it is.
