I'm almost 20, I've already lost 20 pounds, but I want to loose a bit more. I'm extremely active, doing at least 40 minutes of physical activity (such as running, aerobic classes, pilates, and weight lifting) 5 times a week. However, my body seems to be coasting now, and I still have some fat on me. I can't starve myself, because I get light headed since I'm so active. Any tips or diet plans I should try? Thanks!
