sometimes if you wear contacts for too long in a day then it becomes foggy vision because you should take them out and let your eyes get some air

Yes, I can help. Although I don;t need glasses and contacts I think I know your problem. This "foggyness" your expierencing is your body telling it needs more sleep. So just go take a nice hour nap.

This sounds to me like you're wearing ill-fitting contacts and in doing so make be damaging your corneas. Best to see an optometrist and have your contacts professionally fit.

soak your lens. You may have calcuim deposits on them. I am so glad you asked this question. I hope it helps others.
