Change up your routine. Add some more weight training or drop down in calories... things like that. Once you hit a plateu you gotta switch it up or you will continue to coast.

I did some research on the web and found that the lower your weight, the less calories you can take in each day. It may be that you need to shake up your metabolism.
Also, are you looking at the types of foods you are eating. The trans fats are the bad items. I've read in "first" magazine that the labels don't have to list the fat grams if it is less than 1 gram. So if total fat is listed and it's different than the sum of all the fat sub-categories combined, it may be that there really are some trans fats in that food.
Other than that, I don't have any recommendations as I'm working on losing the weight myself.
Good luck to you!

remember when you lose weight.. change diet.. blood surgar levels go down a bit.. so you'll be feeling a tad light headed..
the proper diet is here:
http://www.mypyramid.gov
this is a no bullcrap diet... the one that everyone tells you to do... it's very easy... you follow it and moderate the calories and don't eat so much junk, properly hydrate with water and fresh juices..
you'll lose more than 15lbs come june.
remember also to WALK, take the STAIRS... don't eat when you THINK you are hungry... drink WATER in the amounts your body can take.. don't over do that now..
you don't have to go crazy.. exercise moderately.. all you have to do it take the stairs.. ride the bike.. walk to the destination instead of taking a car or hitching a ride with a friend or family member.
toe touches...
yoga is a great way to curb the bad eating habits and keep the body flexible and helps increase oxygen to the blood... deep breathing exercises sure help also... keeps you from feeling like you're sick and dying when you cut those calories which is a common effect...
remember many people faint while on diets because they're starving themselves.
the food pyramid diet is a no promises, no gimmicks.. thrills.. no flash or glammer diet.. it's a diet you can stay on.. it's a diet that won't starve you.. and it's full of minerals and vitamins that you need.. it's not a diet that focuses on losing weight fast or starves you so your body will eat up the fats and carbs faster than it should.
and it's a diet that won't fail you or make you sick... and it's also a diet that won't make you double the weight or hurt you internally if you just happen to skip a few times and eat that fatty food... that you're not suppose to eat often.
stay away from weight watchers.. atkins.. the hollywood diet.. all those diets... also don't take pills... it'll just all come back to haunt you and screw up your circulatory and respiratory system.. and you'll double or triple the weight if you stop those diets and eat like you did before you began any of them.
so.. do the food pyramid diet.. you won't have to starve.. you won't have to stop any selections of food... the weight loss will be gradual and healthy.
and exercise.. drink water.. drink juices...
moderate the calories.. fat... and you'll do more than just fine.. and the weight will stay off and you don't have to stop the diet in order to replenish your body and keep it stoked so it can keep burning the calories.. like most failure diets make you do... or like atkins.. with atkins if you stay on it.. you'll starve yourself.. put the weight back on and have very bad cholesterol issues.
really it is that easy.. and good luck.
just remember you don't have to do nutso on anything and moderate the caloric intake to your body's needs.. and remember a calorie is a calorie no matter how you slice it so make sure it's not an empty calorie... i do this diet.. i have been on this diet since i was diagnoses with malignant hypertension......... i've never been overweight.. i've never starved... and that's been going on for 19 years now.
:D

Eat lot's of soluble fiber food, rice, pasta, fish, meat. Avoid things like beans, veggies, especially leaf foods like salad.
I can lose 5 lbs in 3 hours of heavy excercise. The important part is to have plenty of good food in your system before you do your heavy excercise. This might seem silly but think about it. You work hard and what does your body burn? Fat... What happens when you stop excercising, you eat and guess what get's replenished??? Fat... If you have proper foods, especially protein in your system before you workout your body will get adjusted to this and burn your far and the food you eat but won't have the need to replenish your fat cells.
Also if you do the same workout as always you won't lose anymore weight, might even gain some eventually. Maybe once or twice a week do a really hard workout where you sweat and can barely move. Make sure to drink lot's of water and eat something good before you start. This way you really start to burn off some fat.

It would probably help to change your diet if you haven't already. Don't emphasize on eating less. Instead, regard mostly moderation, the stuff in your meals, and just cleaning things up a bit. I'm not losing weight, but I know that a successful approach for anyone who wants to is to eat 6-7 small meals daily (once every few hours), all clean, and nutrients distributed within the meals depending on the time before and after your workout. For example, get most of your carbs in the hours before your workout, fats mainly after hours, and proteins equal during the day.
Your body might have reached a plateau because it is conditioned to your activity. If you are strong on cardio, try converting it into HIIT rather than full-out endurance sessions. In HIIT, you work in intervals rather than nonstop fuction. For example, instead of going for 40 mins straight, you might run at a certain pace for 9 minutes, break for a minute, up the pace for 10 more minutes, break for 1 more minute, raise speed the highest in the workout for 10 more minutes, break a minute, and then continue for 10 more minutes at a moderate pace. This keeps your body constantly re-adapting itself to different conditions in your workout, ultimately raising your calorie-burning rate.
Weightlifting may also help you tone up a bit. Maybe try adding 20 minutes of lightweight excercises before your cardio. But remember; hit all parts of your body, not just the abs, thighs and calves! If you dont want to cram it all into one workout everyday of the week, 'split' it by focusing on a different muscle group every day for 5-6 days a week. Mine looks like this:
Monday: Biceps/Triceps
Tuesday: Chese/Shoulders
Wednesday: Thighs/Calves/Lower Back
Thursday: Middle Abs/Cardio
Friday: Traps/Middle Back
Saturday: Obliques/Upper Abs
Sunday: Rest
Also drink lots of water, atleast a gallon daily. This sounds tough, but you don't need to drink it all at once. Work on getting 2 12-oz glasses with every meal, and at some point 2 liters (in workout for example), and that gallon will be easy to accomplish. Also do multivitamins and whey protein (dont worry, whey alone wont put on huge mass. This eliminates the stereotype), but it really isn't necessary to blow your wallet on the fad weight-loss sups.
Good luck!
