well, i guess we're in the same situation, i myself usually weight about 100 -105 lbs and i don't ever gain much weight although i can eat like crazy...here's the deal growing up i would always ask my doctors whats a great method to gain weight and of course they suggest taking vitamins which only opens up your appetite to eat more.........which is pretty lame is your a good eater........secondly he told me that you should really worry about your weight b/c thats just the way a person metabolism works.......some gain the weight quickly, but instead , those who have a hard time gaining weight is b/c our metabolism burns the things that we eat quickly and doesnt absorb much of the nutrients and vitamins in the foods we eat..........and that is a good thing............i was also told that if you try to gain weight with pills or any other things will eventually affect you later on as the years goes by, usually after a woman starts having children thats when you eventually gain weight......in due time don;t worry about it..........now a days "being small..."slim" is actually in........

If you wan't to reap weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to simply over consume with junk meals. This will most likely makeyou fatter, and dangerous. But for those who wan't to reap muscle you'll have got to drink a few top protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I consider might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, even as the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to support positioned of the load. You might wan't to assess out a few low-priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter varieties of normal herb drugs to support help the muscle tissues. I cannot consider of any names of those varieties, however I do understand they exist, I've heard of men and women taking them, and had well outcome while taken most likely.

Ignore that answer about going to bed right after eating; yeah, you'll get fat, but it's bad for your digestion. It's not all about eating fatty foods. There are carbs that take long to burn and carbs that burn quickly. I don't remember exactly what they're called, so let's just say long-carbs and fast-carbs. You're going to want to eat more long-carbs, such as dark meat.
