What are the main differences of using a treadmill over an exercise bike? I'd like to know what parts of the body each work out and which ones are the best to burn fat the fastest and help build endurance. Thanks!!

I need some advice on wut to do...So like last year a couple of mo nths before school ended I got an Eye infection...I eye swelled up and i've been having this little bump on the top of my eye lid. I am not certain what it is...It doesn't bother me so I didn't do anything to it..A couple of weeks ago i noticed it started to grow a little bit...and you can see it now! Itz really creepin' me out because I dunno wut it could be? cAn I do anything about it?

Can anyone help me?????
I was in a car accident and hurt my knee pretty bad and was in rehab. They left me go saying I'll have to have both knees replaced by the time I'm 40 (I'm 20 now) and that they couldn't do anything else. Well my knee still hurts and it's shooting pain up my leg to my outer thigh and it hurts so bad. I can't exercise or do all the things I used to do. Any advice on what I can do to stay in shape? Also, what should I do about this knee problem? I'm already suing the girl who hit me cause she ran a red light. Also, they did an MRI, my kneecap is shifting to the left. Isn't there anything they can do besides give me pain meds?

I had a reaction that caused tightening in my chest, pain in my chest & had a hard time breathing. I still have remnants of the chest pain over a month later & my heart races. The nurses said they were "pushing the drugs faster than last time & some have a reastion to this"??

I know this may sound strange but I'm always told I eat too fast. The thing is, eating too me is something I have to do like a chore. So I just want to eat and get back to whatever I was doing.

Everyone seems to tell me this (maybe they find it rude) so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I could change this.

Hi, my question is do I really need prescription glasses, or can I get away with those really cheap reading glasses you get in the pharmacy?

My eyesight has deteriorated quite a bit over the last year or so (pregnancy-related, or just sleep deprivation?!). I am increasingly farsighted and am having trouble with reading (blurriness) or viewing other objects up close, though everything else is fine.

I went to an optician about 18 months ago. Can't remember the details, but one eye was more problematic than the other. Since then things have got worse in both, of course.

Cheapo reading glasses seem to work fine, but could they cause damage to my eyes somehow? Could they damage the rest of my vision, apart from the reading problem?

I would like answers from people who have gone of the pill (for months at a time). I do not want answers from people who have no idea what they are talking about.

I am about to go off of my birth control. The last pill I took was Saturday (12/30/06). I was wondering about how long afterwards will I get my libido (sex drive) back? I have been without it for way to long now. I also wanted to know how going off the pill will affect my period? I am at the end of it right now, but I still bleeding a little bit since I think my body has realized that I am not taking the pill. (I know that the pill makes your body think it is pregnant.)

I skipped my period in December. I skipped April, September, and then December. Now, I get these weird cramp feelings (It's not really a cramp, but my abdomen feels bloated.) Sometimes I get that feeling when you're on your period, you cross your legs, and blood comes pouring through your Vagina, but no blood. Why do I get these weird problems? I'm 14 years old. Is it a problem if I have these symptoms? I have not been engaging sexually, BTW.
