If you are eating healthy and exercising, give that a chance. Consider adding weight training to your exercise routine. Weight loss pills have invariably been shown to have bad side effects. It is not worth taking a chance, especially when you have good plans to make some changes.

To tell you the honest to god truth, I do not believe that any diet pills actually work. They say that along with the diet pill you need to eat healthy and exercise. I believe that all of the weight loss that you will see is due to the healthy eating and exercise.
*I have taken many diet pills and not one has worked for me..however they have had very bad side effects (terrible headachs, shaking, dizzynes..etc...)
Generally diet pills are used to curb appitite and/or speed metabolism. When you think about it, water can do the same thing. When you drink water, it keeps your metabolism going. ...
Also, I have found that when I feel like snacking and I know that its really not necessary, I pour myself a big glass of ice cold water. Sipping the water usually keeps me satusfied until it is time to eat.

No, they don't really work at all. The only thing that works is a balanced diet and exercise. If diet pills worked, we'd not have an obesity problem in the USA.

No they do not!! Unless your content with gaining it all back ++ after you stop using. It will hurt your metabolism in the end, not to mention other nasty side affects. I've messed around with a number of things, so I'm not just basing this answer on info., rather experience. Eat right, exercise and enjoy some extra calories in moderation! I look better then ever, doing it the healthy way! And so will you! Keep up the good work!!!!

No. The only way that diet pills "work" is by suppressing your appetite, usually caffiene or some sort of stimulant. Really, stick to the exercise and healthy diet. Diet pills can be bad for you, and they aren't really worth the risks. Often black coffee, green tea, or even water can work as natural appetite suppressants. (though I'm not saying don't eat!)

I strongly recommend staying away from the pills. They are an expensive crutch and often cause more problems than they help with.
You didn't put the weight on overnight, it's not going away overnight. Eat well and exercise regularly, as you are planning to do and you'll soon be on your way to being fit and healty.
Good luck!

don't know of any pills, but a safe an legal way to lose weight is eating the right foods.
here is a website that will help you with that
www.idiotproofdiet.com
It will give you a list of foods to choose from and spread them out over an 11 day period for you to eat. You will lose about 9 lbs. every 11 days and more if you are execising.

Yes they do help. I was on Hydroxycut before I got pregnant, but that was when it had ephedra in it and I lost weight really fast and now after I had my baby I'm back on it, but without the ephedra of course and it still works wonders. Exercise and diet help out alot with the pills too.

Most will help you lose weight from the wallet, and nothing from your body. Those that work (e.g. by working as 'uppers') can have nasty side effects and don't speed up weight loss that much. It's healthiest to lose 1-2lb per week; you can do this with diet and exercise, so no need to take pills.
