I am changing my diet and going to exercise daily. I know that Hydroxycut doesn't make me lose weight, but it does help me drink more water. I don't like to drink much of anything at all. Do you think it would be okay for me to add Hydroxycut to my diet change just so I can drink more water?

My roommate (and good friend) who has always been an affectionate, caring, compassionate, intelligent person, has recently been exhibiting some very strange behavior. She has been spending more and more time with a guy who is controlling, and who won't come around any of her friends. She says that it's because he's afraid we won't like him. Now she has made the rather impulsive decision to move away from her friends and close to him, and her behavior continues to get stranger. She won't spend time with anyone but him, she's cold and shut off emotionally when we try to tell her that we are concerned, and she's cutting ties with everyone she's close to. I recently discovered (without her knowledge) that she is taking Prozac. I know for a fact that she wasn't taking it a month ago. My question is, is it likely that these new behaviors are due to the drugs?

I have very dry skin on my face, and seems to be worst in the winter. It almost looks as though my face has dandruff. I recently started using Clinique, and it helped, but then winter started and it's dry again.

Oh- and does anyone know if drinking Coke makes this worse? I might just be imagining that.

Can someone give me some advice? It's so embarrassing to go to work looking like a monster.

Anyone tried iontophoresis or creams and lotions to cure hyperhidrosis of palms, armpits, feet etc...?

What kind of success did you get?

There is a forum where there are people having success with some medications and iontophoresis --

However, some people still go for the surgery instead despite side effects.

I fast with my church and it's not just me. Nothing is going in the body, but more seems to come out than usual. It's quite annoying. Why is this, and is there any way to slow it down?

I too have acute non-allergic rhinitis. I have had it for 4 years now. It just started up. At first I thought it was my seasonal allergies; but it wasn't that as I continued to have the need to cough up mucus etc. My doctor says there is no cure. I have tried antihistomines. I find that when I am very busy doing something I don't have the same intensity of "fits" as it were. I am afraid of going to the library, the store and even church because I have to almost continuely use my hanky to cover my mouth as I try to cough up something. When I sleep I sleep with an elevated pillow. Nothing seems to lesson my problem. And, it adds to my depression. I am a disabled veteran, living alone. I'd love to resume going to church; but I do not want the stares or looks of people even when I try to suppress my need to cough up anything. And yes, I have tried suppressants. I am 56 years old. I take ritalin, effexor, vicodin and use an inhaler for my asthma.

Can anyone help? I live only on social s

I'm looking for some healthy food, which is easy to eat on the run, and will keep me full for a while. I had a big apple this morning in the car, and I got hungry about an hour later. Some of the snacks I munch on are fruit, Wheat Thin crackers, fruit yogurt, and 100 calorie pack cookies/crackers. They all work well, but I'm just wondering if you have any other suggestions!

I'm young, slender, and have low cholesterol. I also almost never exercise and don't eat right since I can get away with it with my high metabolism. There's a history of heart problems in my family. I myself have MVP, among other things.

Starting about a year and a half ago, I began experiencing various combinations of the following symptoms when performing moderate exercise (such as walking on a hot day or running up a few flights of stairs) or when under a lot of stress (like at my job):

-my heart "pounding" or feeling "funny"
-sharp pain in my chest, like with really bad heartburn, often accompanied by great nausea
-weakness in my left arm/hand and aching in my left shoulder, especially under my arm and in my armpit
-a throbbing, aching pain on the left side of my neck going up into my jaw by my ear. This was most often accompanied by a pounding heartbeat, dizziness, weakness, and feeling out of breath.
-cold sweats and feelings of panic

Can u have a heart attack in your 20s?
