I want to warn you: soup is only water, a lot of water mixed with a little food, and spice. If you are a girl I suggest you eat healthily so you don't miss anything of the following:
1: Proteins
2: Fat
3: Carbohydrate
4: Vitamins
5: Glucose( sugar contained in foods)
And if you DID miss something, bad, VERY bad things can come like low energy, itchy skin and feeling dizzy and passing out.
So I would eat soup containing 10% water and 90% food.

Depending on how long you are going to be on the diet, you could choose your favorite flavors and mix them p in a different order so that you are not just eating the same thing. My picks: Progresso Hearty Tomato and Basil, Chicken, Lentil and Cream of Mushroom. You can even spice up already-made soups to make your own flavors.The important thing is to have fun with it because it is all that you are going to be eating. Best Wishes.

Italian wedding soup. It has some low fat meat, some carbs (pastene, very small, bb shaped pasta) some escarole (dark green lettuce) and chicken stock. Its delicious, healthy, and filling. You will lose weight fast if you stick to a soup that is chicken/vegetable stock based, has protein, and still enough carbs to allow you to excersise regularly.

first of all u shudn''t force ur self to go on a diet of only soup, try eating vegetables and nutritious things, go to a real dietitian, eat smaller portions of food till u get used to it. But if u really wanna go only soup, i wud try campbells chicken soup...i like it

I eat tons of soup, but doubt that I could stick to just that and only one type above all. My favorite soup is creamy tomato soup... and I have to have a grilled cheese with it.
