I have observed that a major part of women who are "chubby" are the ones that get the "guy" and are married.. Be proud of yourself. We all have our own insecurities. If you want to exercise, start by walking more and then gradually start to do more.

You cannot lose weight quickly and have it be safe. Keep in mind, it's not what you eat, it's how much you eat. Learn to eat a balanced diet and limit your portions, drink 8 or more glasses of water a day and get 30 minutes of excercise 3 or more times a week. That can include a good brisk walk. Don't try to do it all at once, get your body used to it. It takes time, it takes will power and it takes discipline.
Don't become obsessed with losing weight, if you do, it will not work, or you will end up making yourself very sick.
Do it for yourself and not to please others, if you are doing it to please others, you might as well forget it. You need to do it for your own health.
Good luck to you
Oh Yes, don't be weighing yourself everyday, once a month is good
There are good programs out there too ,weight watchers is great. It's not a diet, they just show you how to eat what you want and still lose the weight you want. None of that "buy our food" stuff, that stuff is trash, they help you change your eating habits and it's a wonderful program.
Good luck. :)

Don't be concerned with losing weight UNLESS your doctor tells you that you're obese. If you're a little chubby and want to get toned up fast, I would suggest working out. If you want quick results, you need to do atleast 30 minutes of cardio (yes, you will be sweating!!!) and then another 30 minutes lifting weights. I do this atleast 5 times a week to lose the excess body fat. Eat in moderation. It's ok to eat a lot but make sure it's healthy and that you don't overdo anything. I found when I work out a lot, I need to eat more. Just stay away from eating chips, chocolate and other "goodies" that you may have around. If you absolutely think you need something fattening (like candy or sweets), have one but DON'T OVERDO IT!!! As for losing weight, consult your doctor before you do anything. You may not need to lose weight! Consult a body mass index and it will tell you if you do need to lose weight. If you do need to lose weight, watch your fat and calorie intake and drink only water! As for losing weight fast...THAT'S DANGEROUS! you should not lose more than 2 and a half pounds per week. Just be careful and within about 3 weeks, you will REALLY see results. Don't be concerned about your exact weight...It's only a number. Be concerned with your health!

i put on some weight lately and the best thing that i have done was joined a gym and worked out almost everyday or every other day. Working out will not only make yourself feel better, but people will start to notice and tell you and you will have a whole other self confidence about yourself you would never know. Stop being lazy and get a move on is the best thing to tell yourself. Also choose a very good breakfast, because the first thing you put in your m outh in the morning is what goes right to your fatty tissues!! so no donuts or Cinnamon rolls or bagel, try a good cereal, eggs, oatmeal, something to that affect and good luck!

don't try and lose the weight quickly, you might not be able to keep it off. just do about 30 mins. of cardio every other day, and then the days ur not doing cardio, do strength training exercises.
the weight will come right off, and drink a lot of water a day, just carry a bottle with u, or drink it when you're bored... that's when people tend to eat junk food is when they're bored.

There is nothing wrong with being "chubby". It is the inner beauty that counts the most. If people don't want to accept you for who you are, then it is on them. Just be yourself.
If you want to lose weight for yourself, then try talking to a dietician. Losing weight quickly can be harmful.

30 minutes of work out isnt enough. It takes the first 15 minutes of any work out to get your heart to start burning anything and it starts off with burnin sugar, then fat. Work out at least 45 minutes.
Dont focus on loosing it fast, those who loose it to fast end up with extra stretchy skin at times
