Don't worry getting upset/mad is normal to some extent.
You can take control of how you feel. It will take practice just like riding a bike.
If you fall off the bike get back on again & practice more until you get it right. Never give up on yourself.
You will need to try to find & focus on the positive things in your everyday life.
Everyday life provides different situations for all of us react & respond to.
As individuals we have the choice to react or respond either positive or negative to any situation/person in life.

Why? That's the question. Why do so many things bother you so much? Sure, most of us go through moments of being irritated by traffic or lines in stores, etc. But it passes the next moment. If you are just ALWAYS ticked off and irritated, then you have a problem and need counseling. You have to figure out why you feel this way in order to fix it. And you have to have help doing it...professional help.

It could be many things, and an important factor to consider is your age.
Hormones play an important role on your mood (specially if you are a teen or woman close to menopause, you could be close to your period or even pregnant/post-partum...).
Diet: too much caffeine (or trying to cut it off) or sugar imbalance (do you eat too many/ too little sweets?), not enough water...
Stress, if you feel yourself sunk in too much work or pressure.
Unhappiness... it could be some situation in your life that makes you feel uncomfortable, which you could or couldn't be aware of, such as a bad relationship (or lack of a relationship), not having enough time to do things you really like to do, or even something as simple as bad lighting in your work place....
Some good things to try are: having some time for yourself, drink more water, do some exercise (even a daily/3 times a week walk could help) take Vitamin B complex and omega-3.
Good luck!

I found something that really helped me. My was stress and I wasn't aware of it. A infomercial I heard on the TV in the middle of the night. Midwest Center Cd's for Anxiety and Depression. It changed my whole way of thinking. I think the lady that put it out was Lucinda Basset.

It sounds like there might be an anger issue at the bottom of all this. Anger management might be appropriate. Also I had to get on medication for a while and it did help.

Try to figuire out WHY you are mad, it may just be your age, but it could also be if you are being treated badly or have been living in an angry household it may be all you know....talk to an adult you trust...good luck to ya.
