My lower back has been killing me for about a week and a half now. I have not done anything strenuous to it. But it is killing me, wand the pain has just started radiating to my hips at times. I feel horrible, achy, flu-like, with nauseau and vomiting. Could this be a kidney infection or just coincidence? I have had an infection in the past, but sometimes, they are hard to differentiate.

The doctor and pharmacists say that cough suppressants could mask an asthma attack. I don't smoke and have tried all the other little tricks I can think of. I just can't sit and watch him suffer. There must be something that will help him.

I was always considered beatiful when I was young but now as I near 35 my face is doing crazy things and my BF doesnt want to commit and I dont know what to do.I cant afford plastic surgery.I dont know what my boyfreind deal is may have nothing to do with looks.Its just now when I look in the mirror I just feel like its not me .I dont feel as old as I look..I think Im becoming depressed over my looks .I mean the world seems obsessed with looks.Do any of you deal with this?

The boil is roughly the size of a golf ball and smells like puss. Sometimes when I wake in the morning dried puss is crusted between my penis an thigh. This requires me to shower each time it happens and I'm not fond of showering, how can can I get rid of the boil?

all the time during period, my bowel is totally messed up, full of gases and cramps, can't eat and only have to take pain killers, worst of all, it lasts 2 weeks after period starts. This is killing me. otherwise period is regular, not so heavy, only bowel's having big big trouble. I searched internet but never heard of this bad symptoms only in the bowel for full 2 weeks. Anybody heard of this kind before?

I cant even climb the stairs, and they are numb in spots and then its fine, but the aching is constant for 3 days now. Sort of like when your over tired, and you don't move well, times ten! Any help is appreciated. Keep in mind I am in generally good health and am barely 30.

I am now 20, and Have had bad acne since I was about 13 or so. I toughed it out, figuring It would be gone eventually. It has been seven years, and it is once again making me Uncomfortable to look in mirrors, and shakes my self confidence. Granted its not as bad as high school, but I still think its too much. I am getting impatient. When can I expect an end?

I have papers saying she needs a guardian... didn't need them until now.. I've ask probate court for guardianship . The lady at mental health told me she was going to fight me saying she doesn't need a guardian... my mentally retarded relative need around clock support... and guidance shes 48 yrs old and needs help in major areas of her life
they don't know her and just want the income her services provide i believe... I told them i want service still for her but not from them..
How do you fight a system thats way bigger then you. They know the system and have a lot more money ?

hi...this is really embarrassing but i left a tampon in for 4 days only realising today that it has been there all the while..its out now..but i've had sex 2ce and i'm so amazed at this happening i'm terrified at the same time. My mom doesn't know i've been having sex and i can't tell her that i did it twice while a tampon is left inside of me! i wouldn't know what to do with myself! anyways i've red some answers and questions but nobodys seemed to be as bizarre as mine! Its unbelievable! If anyone knows anything get back to me a.s.a.p do i have an infection?! should i go see a doctor? or should i tell my mom i left it in for 4 days and leave out the sex part! help!!

Okay, my eleven year old cousin has problems with flossing. She hates it, but I want to help her. Whenever she tries to floss, she says that she has to force down the floss and it always hurts or bleeds when she does that. And the floss cuts into her gums. Does anyone have any tips on how to make flossing hurt less or how to stop the bleeding?

Was watching a show called dexter and their was this scene where someone was killed by an insulin overdose, but their is nothing in a tox screen and they go on to explain that it is virtually impossible to detect unless... yada yada the usual bit, does this have any basis in reality? Im a big murder mystery fan and see this a lot, one would think that after death metabolism stops so any drugs in the system wouldnt break down? And if this is realistic why? or at least a textbook that someone with no pharmacology background would understand... been trying to look up the anwser myself and am only getting frustrated

my friend she has no butt and no boob ...i am curvy with butt and some boobs why does she brag about her body so much...she thinks it is way better to be her weight then being what i weigh. My mom used to be a small stick when she was like 25 being like 5'4" feet and 95 pounds(only because she was poor back then) and i am always pressured to become skinnier. My dad was a stick to!
I hate being pressured to lose weight i was quite happy with my weight before my friend and my mom called me fat. and my dad did too! my dad said it directly to me im fat....my mom said it indirectly saying im overweight but not fat my friend just keeeps bragging about her weight in front of me looking at me and then looking at hers i hate it i hate it i really dont think im that fat!

Hi all...
I'm 21 years old and last week I found a lump in my breast a week ago and my doctor performed an exam today. He doesn't think it's anything serious, in fact he said that he believes it to be a fibroadenoma. Anyway, he scheduled me for a mammogram next week just to be safe and to have a baseline incase I should ever have another problem. I'm really nervous I've heard such horrible things...anyway does anyone have any words of encouragement? =) My husband can only say so much...I don't think he knows quite what it's like...lol. I would appreciate words, prayers, anything you have to offer. =) Thanks.
