Hoborable Rajneesh suggests you eat less and exercise more. Spot reduction does not work, so do cardio. Eat less sugar, eat more fiber. Drink more water, drink less everything else. You should lose no more than 2 pounds a week, anything more is unsafe. Honorable Rajneesh says this may not seem like much, but over a few months will really add up.

Well the obvious thing would be to stop eating fatty foods and exercise more. Though these are both good tips you must keep in mind that you prob. are gaining weight because you have a slow metabolism, so what you need to do is quicken it up.
Intead of having three big meals a day, continuosly have little snacks throughout the day. Always carry a bag of baby carrots(or any tpe of raw veggies), pumpkin seeds(be careful because some nuts are fatty, like peanuts) granola bars and things like that. This will shrink your stomach instead of stretch it and you'll never be hungry because you'll be constantly eating, just in smaller portions and healthier food.
Exercise is good too, walking and so on, crunches and stomach exercises too if the weight is more around the waist area. Pay attention to things you like and try to find healthy substitues(ex. Instead of potato chips, you could buy healthy corn chips or vegetable chips...I know they sound gross but they're pretty good, Wholefoods and other local food and health stores have items like these. Just keep reading nutritional labels and don't have too much of anything. Also, there are plently of websites with healthy recipes that actually taste good, you could even go on www.foodnetwork.com. And you could even go out to eat too, becasue a lot fo restaurants have healthy choices, its up to you to pick them though. Always remember that even bad things are okay in moderation, not in excess. I hope this information helps you, it has helped many in the past.Depending on if you follow it will determine how long it will take for results. Usually they're pretty fast. Don't be freaked out over the weight so much but keep in mind the inches your losing too! This always has GREAT results...Good Luck!

Hey I am a teen too, this is what I did to lose a LOT of weight:
Eat all of your normal meals, (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and maybe even a healthy snack) get plenty of excersize. (walking is proven best for losing weight according to magazines and the latest scientists) To be truthful I used to be a lil bigger, but now my Doctor and family say I am underweight. Take it from me, eat all of your normal meals, but just have one serving or so. Remember: You can eat whatever you feel like as long as you are not eating too much. So pretty much all you have to do is: 1.eat your daily meals (but maybe once in a while throw in some veggies and fruits/juices) 2. Eat smaller portions 3.Get more active... even if you are just watching TV and a commercial comes on... just do a couple of situps and when it comes back on, relax. (repeat cycle, if wished) 4.WALKING! -walking is proven best to burn calories and u can still have fun talking with your buddies or listening to your MP3!
And Look, don't worry about a thing, trust me this WILL work! And it is also good to remind your self that everyone is different... even the most popular girl/guy in school has something they are not proud of.
Good luck! Trust me it will work!!!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Well I am 12 and my friend is 13. She went to her doctor and asked how she should lose weight. Her doctor said to do 15 crunches, 15 push-ups and 15 Sit-Ups a day. and to also stop eating junk-food. To eat like Veggies and Fruits if she needed a small snack or sumin. She has lost a cuple pounds with this. Good luck and just remember not to starve yourself! Eat 5 small meals a day. I hoped I helped!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.
Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat. Please take 5 minutes to read this advice for teenage girls and then click on home page.

Cardio sweety. Cut the fat out of your diet and eat clean 6 days a week and have fun with some goodies on an off day. I have 3 teenagers, I feed them healthy foods and they do cardio 4 to 6 days a week and they still have that favorite not so healthy snack on the weekend. Just dont diet babe!!
