I have delt with many eating disorders in the past , but now that im trying to eat what i think is normal i'm gaining weight and FAST . I swear i have to starve to loose wieght ... any idea's ? ... Thanks .

When you've starved yourself so long, your metabolism slows down and your body stores any food that it gets because it's in starvation mode and stores it as a survival mechanism.
Your body actually needs a certain amount of calories per day to run efficiently, this is why when people go on a diet and lose weight fast, they will gain it right back when they start to eat normally agian.

The best plan is to eat healthy and exercise regularly and eventually your metabolism will get normal again and everything will even itself out.

And the same goes for me. I can only lose weight by eating practically nothing where i am hungry every effing second of the day and walk on the treadmill 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Eating more frequently then starving all through the day and at dinner time you eat and wake up 2lbs heavier. So snacking on fruits and pretzels in between meals will speed it up and help you remain at current weight
