i do not understand this. how do they know the true you is worth seeing? are they saying it was good for ted bundy to be himself?

Im 16, and I never had memory problems in the past, but now I noticed that I forgot things from yesterday way too fast. I cant remember my class time, and sometimes other stuff. What could be the reason? How to improve my memory again?

I am considering a new drug called Cymbalta, mostly for depression/Bipolar disorder. If you've tried this, please tell me what your experience was like with it. Did it work better than any of the other drugs you've been on? I have been on prozac, zoloft, paxil, wellbutrin, effexor, and prozac is the only one I've taken for years, and its effects seem to be wearing off. I'm wondering how Cymbalta would work for my mood swings, and overall depression.

My doc just put me on Cymbalta (60mg) for depression/anxiety this week and after about 12 hours I started getting very flushed, red neck, red face, red arms, red chest, never really went away. Tried it another couple of days, felt like I was burning up, really hot, body temperature unbelievably high, called doc, on vacation for 3 weeks, talked to the girl in the office (a PA or admin asst maybe?) and she said that I should stop taking it. Doc is out of town, so he cannot write another script. Out of luck, do you think it is an allergic reaction? Mentally felt okay, a little panicky due to the redness, but other than that, felt really mellow.

what do you guys think? Anyone else had a similar experience on Cymbalta or any other med? thanks in advance for any help!!!

i cry all of the time and i can't stop having suicidal thoughts. i know it's very serious... i'm so ashamed of how i am feeling that i haven't told ANYONE. i'm so worried that if i'm this upset now that i will have post-partum depression and be a danger to myself or my child... During my recent physical, my triglycerides came back at 1480, dangerously high. However, the people at this office did NOT tell me to fast before the test. The night before, my wife and I celebrated her birthday by basically pigging out on fatty foods (steak for dinner; cake for dessert; 2 glasses of wine each). I also had a glass of OJ that morning before the test, as well as a couple bites of the birthday cake (a crappy breakfast, I know).

My blood sugar was elevated as well, which I'm pretty sure was due to the sugary stuff I had with no fast. Would that admittedly crappy diet have an effect on my triglyceride levels?

I'm thinking about switching doctors because I didn't even know my triglycerides were that high until I requested my medical records. He didn't tell me about the results of the triglycerides, only the blood sugar level. His response, coupled with the ineffectiveness of the office in not telling me to fast, has not inspired me with confidence. Time to switch?

Ok it's about three days til' christmas, and I'm feeling sick! I have a sore throat and I'm out of energy. I DON'T want to be sick on christmas. Does anyone have any remedes that could help? My arms, and hands comes and goes in some sort of numbness, it's locked up my fingers at least once a day, very painful, it pull up on my shoulders and neck frequently. I am so depress, I cry a lot, everything around me seem so tasteless, some times I had no desire to live, I having the feeling that people are not real, they will hurt me if I be around them too long, or even those I don't know will hurt me.
