have being taking valerina contains the above for last 3 months now its stopped working if anyhting think it wakes me up was taking quite high dose. last week taken hours to drop off and then only for short bursts thats with taking the valerina am exhausted. anything else i could try??? cant take melatonin as in uk and need something today am desperate as single mum with 3 kiddies

I always feel like I can't breathe sometimes, and I'm taking deep breaths more often then "normal people" I always twitch lots during my attacks and feel like my chest is tight and hurts. I avoid foods like chocolate and caffiene, because it makes my attacks start up. Mostly my attacks act up near night time, or if I start thinking my "what if's" too much.
Anybody else feel like sharing? or do any of you have common symptoms?

Here is the story. I was on the 5th day of my period (they usually last 7 days) and my guy and I fooled around. There was nothing except the string on the outside down there, so he sort of went a teeny tiny bit inside. He climaxed and now I am concerned. Could I still get pregnant even though I was on my period and had a tampon in? He didn't go IN completely. It was more of a tease thing. I can't quite explain it. You would have had to experience something like this to get what I'm saying.

I felt a popping sensation as it happened. It hurts when i push down on the exact spot of skin, there is little bruising. I can bend my knee but cannot extend it outwards on its own without pain in that area. I want to know is this a Mild, Moderate or Severe pull/tear, because this has never happened to me before. Any USEFUL advice on recovery will be helpful.

I have been prescribed Generic Anti Epileptic Drugs and have just suffered a severe breakthrough seisure which put me in hospital for two days. I believe this to be a result of using generic formulation. I was not consulted by either my G.P. or Pharmacist about the change or risks. Have I any Legal recourse.
eg. 12 years ago my Phenytoin was a red & white capsule. Now a white tab in blister pack. I have done a fair bit of reading on the subject from the Epilepsy Association and it does'nt read well.

-Shows sign of no grasps of consequences in any circumstanse
-Age 25, always been apparent
-Has nothing to do with the way she was raised
-Shes been to pychiatrists and they can't figure out whats wrong
-No mental retardation
-Requires vast efforts on my parents to keep her going

Ok so I have two impacted bottom wisdom teeth. One is perefectly horizontal (90 degrees) and the other is angled. The angled one has been in for about a year and it has just started giving me problems. After Im done eating, I experience a toothache/jawache/headache for 30-40 mins and then it goes away. Same for sleeping. I wake up to toothaches and they leave in half a hr. I also noticed that whenever I lay down, my jaw/tooth starts to hurt no matter how i position myself. When I sit up, it goes away. Why is this?
