hey its easy, you just have to be motivated. Start by lowering your food intake, at first you will become hungry, but your body soon adjusts to less food and you stomach now needs less food also. and way to eat less is to have a FULL glass of water before any eating any meal. Helps you eat less food. Exercise gentle so stress yourself just set goals and keeps breaking them, trust me loosing weight can be fun, good luck

Go Vegan.
Eat only fresh fruit and vegetables, and drink only water. Reduce as much as possible your use of chemicals, pesticides, drugs (caffeine, alcohol, guarana, MSG, HVP, aspartame, etc), all sugars, fats (except Omega3), carbohydrates (pasta, noodles, breads and cereals, and what you do eat should not be white but rather brown, wholemeal or multigrain), TV, DVD, computer, driving your car, oversleeping (more than 9 hrs per 24 hr period average), undersleeping (less than 7 hrs/day).

I am a wrestler so I have had my fare share in loosing weight and there are 1000s upon 1000s of lil digits and what not and I have tried 99% of them and ya most of them will make u lose weight but never keep it of in all honesty the best way of going about it is don’t drink anything but water “I drink a milk jug a day” RUN!!!! your *** off and don’t eat anything weight “such as sugar/white breed/ rice/ potato well u get the iday and eat a lot of stakes chicken just eat smart salads and it will plow your mind at how fat it falls off and stays off and o ya RUN RUN RUN and never EVER eat after 7pm at the very latist your body dosnt have time 2 work it off

Almost evry1 knows you sweat while you sleep.
He would skip Breakfast and lunch making an appetite for dinner, he would drink water and red bull during the day.
For dinner he would have a roast dinner (very large) carrots, peas, cailiflower cheese, Pork/lamb/beef, Yorkshire puddings, Roast potatos., After dinner (30 mins) he would have a large bowl of bran flakes and semi skimmed milk.
