A man can contract HIV from a woman by getting her bodiliy fluids in him. Most likely this will happen through his urethra. Think of a tube of toothpaste-when you squeeze the toothpaste, a little bit gets suctioned back in-same thing with ejaculation. This is generally how HIV can be transmitted from a female to a male-also other ways that people have mentioned-open cuts, etc. The statistical risk is much lower for a man to contract from a woman than from a woman to contract from a man, but it is still certainly possible, and it does happen. Be safe and have fun!
