First of all, never take medications for something as sensitive as your thyroids without a doctor's prescription. It really depends on what's wrong with your thyroids. If you're hypo or hyper - thyroid medications are supposed to regulate the functions of your thyroids so you won't bloat or thin down too much. Take care and season's greetings!

well it depends what medication you are using and the side effects you differently depending pn different people.
depression is one major side effects in thyroids medication
mood swings
memory loss
weight loss
