It depends on what kind of drugs you have been using and when you are scheduled to take the test.
First things first, stop using until after the test. Everytime you do, the drug is broken down by your body and the metabolites are released in your urine.
Second of all, drug tests are not absolute. You can have up to a certain amount of any drug in your system and it will not be considered positive. So its not necessary to clear the drugs out of your system completely (its hard to that with the ones that have longer half-lives, like marijuana).
Drink plenty of water ... 3 or 4 gallons a day up until the day before you take the test. The water will flush some of the drugs out of your system and dilute the rest to a level that will not cause a positive result. If you do this up until you take your test, your urine will appear very dilute and it will be obvious you are trying to hide something. If you stop the day before your test, your urine will have a more concentrated look when you give your sample.
I'm not guaranteeing anything here ... alot depends on how much you use and how fast your body metabolizes it. But I've worked as a medical lab technician for 5 years and run drug tests everyday. Good luck.

there is really no way to cheat on a drug test, they now have a way to identify all that is in your urine/and/or blood so if you try anything different it will show up . Drink plenty of water to flush out your system. This needs to be started at least 7 days before. Drink over a gallon of water a day for the full 7 days.

You can't. A drug testing technician will have you empty your pockets, they will search you. They'll show you to the bathroom. The toilet (if they do let you into an actual bathroom) will have blue dye in the tank and the bowl, there is no sink.
So,the possibility of bringing a clean sample or watering it down are nil. You will have to pee in the cup.
The test will find everything, no matter how much water you drink, it doesn't cause false negatives. You can claim that you can't pee, but if this is for a job, they count that as a positive, and if it's court ordered, they'll make you keep trying until you do.
Sorry. If you're not clean, they'll know.

You can't cheat on a drug test. If you do and its court ordered, you'll go to jail. If its for work, you'll get fired.

Why are you going to cheat? Isn't that illegal? Why don't you just take the test like an honest citizen of the United States?
