there are LOTS of things that can cause those. nausea and headache are potential side effects of almost anything you can think of. my question to you is: have you started any new drugs recently (ie: the last year?), specifically any cholesterol lowering medication? statins, one of the most popular classes of cholesterol lowering drugs can cause all those symptoms, muscle weakness and pain being one of the more rare and severe side effects.
bottom line: go see your dr.

Could be lots of things from poisoning, to a bad reaction to some pill you are taking like Red Yeast Rice, some terrible disease like MS, allergies to something. You need to see a good doctor.
Also, get yourself tested for the VERY common hypothyroidism.
It could be from that. You can order the test yourself here:

Could be ANYTHING. You should go to the doctor. 6 months is a long time to be experiencing these things. It could be as "simple" as migraines or more complicated, so you should really go to the doctor to get blood work done.
