I can see ths kiddies are out of school for the holiday break! LOL First off,,,,what are you doing that you need to put a condom on while ALONE?!? Secondly, if you are with someone you are having sexual encounters with, I am sure she wouldn't mind helping you and last...the foreskin has nothing to do with it and you do not need three hands. From past experiences with an uncircumsized man, I can assure you there is no need for more than the 2 hands you already have.

Why do you need 3 hands? I think you could do it with 2 just fine. I know people who can. I think it just takes practice.
