I'm trying to lose weight since having a baby 4 months ago. I've lost 47 pounds already.

I'm 5'3".
145 lbs.
38"-32"-41.5"

I want to keep my butt. HOW MUCH WEIGHT do you think is acceptable to lose. I don't want the medical "ideal weight"...I just want your opinion on how much more weight you think would be good to lose.

I do Turbo Jam (cardio) 6 days a week (most weeks) and do weight lifting 2 days a week.

Thanks for your help.

I was just diagnosed with genital warts and the things I have been reading are horrifying. I've been in a new relationship for about a month and we have been waiting to have sex until I knew what the discomfort in that region was. Now that I know does this mean I can't have sex with him? Am I going to have to deal with this forever? Does anybody have any advice?

One time when I was taking a shower with my girlfriend, she needed to do a wee, and I had clogged up the toilet so I said she could just squat over the drain or something. But my foot was in the way and while she weed, some splashed over my foot. I decided to get her back by waiting until she stood up. Anyway, she stood up and I shot a stream of wee at her. But what worried me was that I accidently did a wee into her vagina. Is this bad?

I asked a question, "Why did Bruce Lee eat cannabis leaves", and one of the answers was that it's considered a natural herb in most parts of the world, and that eating it is harmless but smoking it is not.

Is that true?

okay, my mom is allergic to cotton, and we live in Georgia, ha, irony,eh?
but anyhow, i heard of all ways to cure allergies and what not - boiling the same leave of the plant your allergic to. ive heard this done on many accounts - poison ivies, goldenrod, etc. and it seems to make sense, because whats a snake antivenom? so, the question im asking is, after googling it and not finding results, is it possible to make tea out of the leaves of cotton plants?

I have seen 4 doctors in the past few days including 3 oral surgeons and one periodontist. Three told me because of the amount of bone loss (extraction) I need to replace it with a large bone (block). The one told me that synthetic (freez-dried) is good enough with good results given that the tooth is in the back. He also told me that he recommends that because it is less invasive but if in the middle of process he realizes that freez-dried) is not good, he would also try doing the other more complicated one. The thing is that I don't know the statistical success rate for either one. Also, I heard from more than one doctore other than the last one that the block graft may accidentally lead to permanent loss of sensation (irreversible nerve damge). I need to decide right away, which is the best method, or perhaps forget about the bone loss and just go for a bridge.
