Go to www.sparkpeople.com

They give you a menu planner and fitness planner. They track calories, carbs etc...They have demos on the exercises too. You get support from members and experts. Best of all it is free!!!
Real neat site.

Have fun.

There is no such thing as a cheap and quick easy way!! Don't get caught up in the scams! A good diet and exercise is the ONLY way!!! The reason why you have extra weight in those areas is your storing more than your burning. You need to burn some of that fat!! The easiest way to do that is to build muscle. If you can build 5 lbs of extra muscle you can burn an extra 250 calories for doing nothing, because 1 lb of muscle will burn 50 calories a day! Add that to an exercise program and good diet and you will be toned up in no time!!

Quick and easy? Well you aren't asking for much are ya! lol To get unwanted fat off the body you'll have to put some sweat into it and there is no easy quick way. Taking a walk every day, and really walking at a good clip will do it, you'll be surprised how this will tighten your legs and buns up too and you'll feel great. You'll be in great shape for the summer.

The usual healthy advice is to reduce salt & sugar from your diet and increase cardio activities like walking, cycling and running.

An old trick that works AND cheap is to "train" yourself to keep your body moving for at least 30-45 minutes after a major meal e.g. walk to work after Breakfast, do a bit of window shopping after Lunch, walk a few blocks after Dinner. Easy right? Go for it!

Buy The Step. Put it by your bed. When you wake up, do it for 5-15 minutes Before you go to bed, do it for 5-15 minutes.

Fastest and cheapest way, start running often. It works wonders. And if you believe your schedule really is so packed, park further from your place of business and walk more; take stairs instead of the elevator.

Every morning before you get out of bed, do 50 sit-ups. Always take the stairs, no more elevators or escalators. And please, two steps at a time for a more toned behind.

Well, if you're not willing to invest the time and money, then you won't lose them. Simple as that.
