I was once in your shoes. I got so sick and tired of being skinny that I started drinking weight gainer shakes. Then protein shakes. It took about two years of drinking that crap and working out to become bigger. Also you may want to check your family history to see if you have any thyroid problems in the family line. The thyroid tells your body how much fuel to burn. If your thyroid is overactive (hyperthyroidism) then it is very difficult to gain weight. Check it out.

Don't worry about it. It is healther to be skinny than fat. People are just made different. You don't give an age, but if you are fairly young, then time will put some weight on you. My son has always been skinny, but he has strong muscles and most other guys his age already have a gut, so just relax and be yourself. Have you noticed that most doctors, especially cardiologist are skinny.

I am in my 50,s and since 29 have weight of 128lbs.
I eat all the time and eat any type of foods and don,t gain weight.
we seem to burn it off.
I think it is better to maintain this weight than gaining more and having other problems over weight people have.

Eat Carbs, such as bread and pasta, along with all the other food groups you should be eating, and work out as well... a well balanced diet(and by diet I don't mean a "traditional diet" in today's world, I mean eating right) and working out you can add a bit of weight in muscle

Take a spin to the most popular fat maker in the US - McDonald's! Eat there at least once a day and you will put on weight. Their large shakes are over a 1,000 calories alone!

I wish I had your problem. To gain weight, eat lots of junk. Lots of fast food, sweets and fried stuff. Don't excersize either if you want to gain weight. Be lazy lazy lazy.
