Your body needs 11 cal/lb/day for the basic needs. So, if you're 120 pounds, you need at least 1300 calories a day. 150 calories will barely help you wake up in the morning.

Girl, you are NOT overweight. I'm so sorry you think that. For your height 140 is perfect, you can even get up to 154 pounds before you get in the "overweight" range.
I am only 2 inches taller than you and I weigh 20 pounds more. I am not overweight. Love the body you have. \
If you are only eating 150 calories a day and and you think that you are overweight at your height, honey you may very well have a problem. I recommend talking to someone ASAP (doctor, friend, family, dietitian). You wouldn't have asked the question if you didn't know on some level that what you are doing isn't right.
You ARE doing your body harm and more importantly you are doing yourself harm emotionally. Being skinny is not worth your health and well being. Good luck and I hope every thing works out for you!!!

I went back and read your other questions. In one you say you are 5'9" and 135 lbs. You also say that you are obese and ask if you have an eating problem and you seem to acknowledge that you are starving yourself. If these questions are even real, PLEASE get help. You do have a problem.

Try adding another 0 to that. You need about 1500 calories to lose weight, believe it or not. Consuming 150 calories is only asking for more fat because your body will only think it is starving, converting everything you eat into fat. You'll also lose a lot of energy, which the symptoms you mentioned exhibit. Eating frequent small meals 5-6 times a day every 2-3 hours is the best way to get your metabolism going.

YOU DIE !!! If you are a women you should not be below 1200 calories a day, and a man should not be below 1600 calories a day. Best way to loose weight is to eat 500 less calories a day for a total of 3500 less a week this way you will loose 1 pound per week and that's safe. You did not say how much you weigh and how much you want to loose, you will need to figure out what your Basal metabolic rate is and then subtract the 500 calories from this number, but don't go below the 1200 calories daily to be safe.

You will be severely malnutrishioned. your body will start to feed off of itself first with the fat then muscles. Vital organs will shut down eventually causing death. you would be better with a 2000 calorie diet and a good excerise routine. always be reminded muscle weighs more than fat so keep up the work out even when u see a balance in the weight loss.

Uh, that's not close to healthy. You should be getting 1500-2500 calories per day. By doing that, you'll make yourself unhealthier, and there are faster ways to lose weight, since your body is going to try to save fat since you arent getting any from food. Your body will go into starvation mode.

do not do that, you can faint and in the end you end up gaining weight you have to eat at leasst 1,000 calories a day then exercise it off. my mom is a nurse and that is a sign of anerexia. you definatley need to eat more, you need the energy!

Seriously you're putting your health at risk, your organs need MUCH MORE than that just to function...anyways if you've been losing weight...you must only have lost your muscles...for the love of god please choose a healthier diet...you really can die...if your organs can't function ...it's the END;

Short answer-you die. Before you die you develop a serious eating disorder, get lots of attention, which soon turn negative and into concern from your family, then after much grief, you die.
