I usually bath twice a week on wednesday and sunday and in between them days my hairs totally greasy and well i stink lol how many times should you have a bath a week ? whats the average amount ?

ok i have quite a lot of spots on my face and i am quite pretty but my spots make me look horrid is there any thing i can use or try at home that can make them gone in a range of 3-6 days ???
by the way they are acne spots well little red ones with like a yellow thing on top. Sorry if im making you sick lol

I rub underneath my ears so hard I get sores. I am unable to take benaddryl - it makes me EXTREMELY wired. I have taken claritin OTC for a long time, but it doesn't really make a difference... PLEASE HELP!!

5 days ago I popped my kneecap out of place (I think) when I was running up a hill. It was almost the worst pain I've ever felt. It was excruciating for about 5 min. and then a little less so. There was a little fluid but not too significant. At first if I just pressed on my patella, it hurt everywhere. I've been taking ibuprofen, aleve, using ice, etc. It doesn't feel better. I saw a dr. who told me basically to suck it up and in a month get a cortisone shot if it doesn't resolve. It hurts to walk and is painful both on the inside and outside of the knee (left). If I press on the inside (lower down), it's pretty painful. When I walk I can feel it kind of catch and can actually hear it crack/pop. It even hurts to sit. Bending down hurts as do stairs (up and down). Am I just being a baby? The day after this happened I almost had to pull over my car and vomit because of the pain. I don't know what's wrong. Help?

I am 11 and 12 in may and i still suck my thumb. My friends don't know that i do it and i want to tell them, to be honest but i'm afraid that they will not be friends with me anymore and that everyone will bully me. I have tried putting nail varnish on it but in the end i can't stand it and i wipe it off. My family want me to stop but i can't. My teeth are a bit pushed out but not that bad so that the dentist has really said anything about it. I'm also worried about my actual thumb because its got a bump there so i'm scared of letting people see it!!! Can any of you help me please!! P.S I can't do that hypnotise (however its spelt) thing because its too expensive and that so please help!!!

I feel as if there is smoke sometimes when i am laying down but i dont feel the same if i get up and sit down or stand up...

what can be the cause of that smoky feeling when i am laying down..

My aunt has cancer through her whole body. The doctors think she isnt going to live much longer. She currently has to have someone watch her 24/7 because she is so sick. It kills me, but I want her to remember me and i want to make sure she knows I love her. I need help with something to bring up. Please help.

I was a silly girl and got my tongue pierced the other day and yeah even though I'm 19, I haven't told my parents, they'd disown me. Anyway, I think it's infected. Puss is coming out. This is gross but I put a cotton bud into the hole of it and all this puss was then on the cotton. Really disgusting. Can also taste puss. It doesn't hurt at all, and I only got it done last Saturday so a week ago I dont know if this is cause for concern to go to the doctor or itll pass.... any advice??? thanks

Well my mum has glaucoma and im getting worried I might have it too as I already wear glasses and my right eye is worser than my left and she has glaucoma in her right eye. I went to the opticians and did a test where you press the button when you see a red light but that was last year. Am I likely to get it? What are the symptoms?
