Why would you want to? It depends on your race, blonds and red heads don't have as much body hair as dark haired men. Native Americans are hair free. In any case, it has nothing to do with manhood. Neither does the size of your penis.

There is no way to make your chest hair grow. But maybe it helps to let you know that many many girls and women, including myself, prefer men with little chest hair. Many men even wax themselves to remove hair. So - do not worry. Be happy.

But honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. Men who are naturally hairless are so lucky and sexy! Personally, I find a hairy, bear-like chest to be very unattractive. Be happy with what you've got, because you've got a good thing!
