I just had a baby and I need some extra help losing weight since my hubby is serving in Iraq and I am home alone with two kids. I don't have time to get all the exercise I need. I want to slim down before he gets back home in Feb.

NOOOOO. NONE of the diet products on the market work.
For this simple reason.

1.If ANY diet product came on the market - worked!, actually worlked!! - it would not be advertised, EVER! It would be on every tv news broadcast, every radio news broadcast, on the cover of every magazine, on the front page of every newspaper. It would be bigger in sales than viagra! It would make BILLIONS. What you are seeing and reading is ADVERTISING making CLAIMS that are NOT TRUE!

What does work? Weightlifting. Only takes 5 minutes of your time, only need to do it Mon-Wed-Fri.

Go to Home Depot, get two 5 gallon pails. If you can also get lids, even better.

Put some water in both pails. Even water. Pick up the pails, bend over a bit, keep your elbows bent, your knees bent and HOLD the pails for 60 seconds. Use a wall clock on the floor to keep track of the time.

Once a week, add more water to the pails. Also called buckets.

What this does; as the pails get heavier, your body tightens up more. By keeping your joints bent, your muscles hold the weight, not your bones. By doing this every OTHER day, it allows your muscles to rest, and get stronger, and tighter.

Your kids can do this exercise also, with smaller pails. And including a every-day 15 minute kitchen stretching exercise will get rid of the stress of daily life. My son started this lifting exercise at age 5. Along side of me. He is now age 15 and built solid.

Hope your hubby comes home soon. I hope ALL of them come home soon.

I do not recommend taking it while breast feeding or any other diet pill. I would never trust it because all the pills increase your heart rate. Diet pills alone will not help you lose weight, most of them are designed to cut your appetite and give you energy so you can work out longer and harder. They are all meant to be used in conjunction with a low calorie diet and adequate exercise. I would stay completely away from them if you are breast feeding especially anything like Hydroxy Cuts. Most diet pills have ingredients that are not good for adults and that is why there is an age limit for them. Talk to your doctor before you take any of them.

the only weight loss pills that ever worked for me was ones with ephedra and you can't get those! so just try to go for walks and eat right.... you have 2 months, and i think that is enough time to slim down by incorporating a healthy lifestyle. but if you added hydroxycut then you might see even better results. i don't really know.
my cousin took it and said that it made her feel wired and made her stomach feel a little ill, but she wasn't bothered enough to stop taking it. in the end she didn't lose but maybe 3 lbs. she wasn't exercising however, just taking the pill.

All sliming products don't give you fast result. It is advise to combine with exercise to see result.Try to do more houseworks, cut down on your carbohydrate intake ,have more small meal than three big meal and by the way hydroxycut contain caffeine and so don't drink extra coffee.

In the mood for a new hot meal? Make a enormous pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store within the freezer. Before bed, place a container from the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door each morning.
