Welll............here's my answer. The mind, you see-is so powerful. Just tell yourself over and over again that if you dont get out of bed RIGHT NOW and start running, then you will form blood clots in your legs, and then it will travel to your heart and kill YOU>>>>
GET TO IT.....RUN! Noooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww!

It just dawned on me...u in bed now>? U got a laptop? can u reach your PC from your bed>? WTH>????? UNPLUG ur internet connection, and throw the cable across the room--then ur lazy behind will have to get up and RUN over to get it so u can get back online and reply that my answer was ALL WRONG!!!~

just give a time that u have to get up and make it a bit earlier every time and the hopefully you should be able to run
